Senior Quality Engineer
Controls the quality process through design for manufacturability, assembly and Six

Sigma, including failure mode and effects analysis.  Heavy statistical/function

deployment/planning/auditing is involved.  Candidates must have a BS in Engineering

and 6+ years of experience with heat treat, chemical coatings, Eddy current and

radiographic processes along with strong communication skills for interacting with

customers and regulatory agencies.  Knowledge of FAA FAR, DFAR, DMIR or

DAR a plus.  Direct experience with AS100, ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949 preferred,

along with aerospace experience.


CNC Machinist, 1st shift
Very rare opportunity for a team player with 3+ years experience in the

setup/operation/inspection of CNC lathes and vertical/horizontal machining equipment.  

Must be able to interpret blueprints, and possess strong verbal/written communication

skills.

 

Project Manager, Continuous Improvement
Our new continuous improvement expert will focus on the systems and process efficiency

of suppliers and customers; and demonstrate lean initiatives and new tools to our

production/business managers.  Requires a BS in Engineering or related degree, 8+ years

of progressive experience in project management, and knowledge of CI principles such as

Value Stream Transformation (Mapping), Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow,

Five S’s, Visual Management, PFEP and related.


Operations Team Leader
For our Repair & Overhaul group, you will be responsible for first-line team performance of

a production/quality/operations support area involved in refab activities such as assembly, test,

inspection, tool engineering or machining.  Other projects include provisioning, production

planning/scheduling, purchasing and inventory.  A BS in Engineering and 4+ years of

demonstrated MRP and related planning/ execution experience are required.  Knowledge

of FAA a plus.
