Siebel Healthcare Vertical Software

Capital BlueCross seeks Software Engineers to lead, plan and control  

projects; define customer requirements; analyze/design solutions;  

integrate/configure package software; coordinate creation/change

of data structures; create test plans/test program logic; and support  

the customer.

A BS degree in Computer Science/Business/ related field or 3+ years  

of IT experience must accompany Siebel Healthcare Vertical software  

experience or Java/JavaScript/XML programming experience; healthcare  

insurance industry familiarity; and end-user reporting tools  

(Accurate/Crystal) experience. Knowledge of accepted analysis/design  

concepts to resolve customer business problems; Sales/ Marketing/ 

Underwriting processes; data base management technologies, data  

modeling practices and data base platforms; programming languages,  

testing and productivity tools; and server technologies/ platforms is  

necessary. Ability to provide off-hours assistance is essential.
