System Support Specialist I

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia is seeking a  

Systems Support Specialist I to install/configure/upgrade desktop  

computers operations systems and software; troubleshoot; provide end  

user support; and document activities.  Requirements include a  

Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent,  

along with strong software/ hardware skills and excellent service/ 

teamwork orientation.  Candidates must have the flexibility to accept  

on-call and after-hours responsibilities as needed, and travel  

statewide on occasion.
