Direct the short- and long-term fundraising efforts; identify/solicit  

donors in the community; work with clinicians to identify possible  

leads within our patient base; manage system-wide donor clearance and  

funding proposals; and determine/evaluate capital campaign and  

gifting efforts.  Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of  

experience with major gift

strategy, fundraising concepts, research of donor sources,

and budget control in a similar organization or industry.  Master’s  

degree desired.  CFRE preferred.
