Applications Specialist (Sprint/Nextel)

Conduct inbound or outbound account receivable telephone calls to RMO customer
accounts to prompt for payment of past due invoices; gather data and document
proper systems per customer requirements; be responsible for basic customer
and team communication via e-mail, memos and voicemail; and any other duties
as assigned.
Requires Customer Service and/or Collection experience; general PC knowledge;
the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task; HS diploma or GED;
and 1-3 months related experience and/or training. Must also be detail oriented and
possess good oral and written communication skills.
