Recovery Services Agents (3rd Party Collector)

Pueblo, CO

Primary responsibilities include contacting debtors by telephone 

regarding collection and/or recovery accounts; negotiating repayment 

via payoffs, settlements, and payment plans; and conducting follow-up 

calls on debtor promises and commitments to ensure positive resolution. 

Prior collection experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of collection

procedure with credit background being a strong attribute, a plus. Sales 

ability/persuasiveness, excellent oral and written communications, 

negotiations, analysis, planning and organizational skills; HS diploma or 

GED; and basic computer skills required. Candidates are required to 

have completed 6 months of service in your current position.
