Candidate will act as the point person for construction and design  

contracts and work with outside counsel on larger architect and  

general contractor agreements.  Requires 5-7 years of real estate  

development experience,  experience with leases a plus.  Some travel  

necessary.

Leasing Attorney

Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience negotiating and  

drafting retail lease agreements. Requires excellent communication/ 

negotiation skills and litigation experience.
