Prime Outlets Hagerstown has an excellent leadership opportunity for  
a hands-on customer service professional.  You will oversee a small  
team responsible for direct customer contact and inbound calls.   
Tasks involve recruiting/training employees, gift card sales,  
periodic reporting, and supporting marketing objectives for the mall.  
 
Minimum HS diploma/equivalent and 5+ years of customer service or 
related experience, management and supervisory experience required 
along with strong teamwork skills.  Bilingual candidates encouraged to 
apply.  Flexibility for evening/weekend hours required.  A background 
check may be conducted before hire.
