Global Communications Specialist

INFICON is a leading developer, manufacturer, and supplier of  

instrumentation for semiconductor and vacuum-coating industries;  

essential instrumentation for gas leak detection to air conditioning/ 

refrigeration industries; and toxic chemical analysis for emergency  

response and security markets.

For East Syracuse-NY, we seek a Global Communications Specialist to  

plan and execute the implementation of selected trade show/exhibition/ 

special events; support development/implementation of investor  

relations program; manage catalog of INFICON-branded items for  

customer/employee gifts; collaborate on management of trademark  

administration; and provide support for communications activities.

Requires a high school diploma with advanced higher education in  

business or marketing preferred; 2-3 years of experience in a  

business environment with concentration in marketing communications,  

trade show/event planning experience; good customer service/ 

communications/PC (MS Office/HTML) skills; and ability to work  

independently and as part of a team. Creativity, deadline  

orientation, analytical/organizational/presentation skills and sense  

of humor are expected.
