Outreach Coordinator

Capital BlueCross seeks an Outreach Coordinator to support the  

Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) through community  

education, presentations and networking.  Will coordinate media and  

advertising opportunities; develop outreach opportunities at a local  

level to facilitate community involvement in these enrollment  

programs; and assure that all outreach programs comply with  

contractual and regulatory obligations.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Family Studies, Communications,  

Social Work or related field must accompany 1-2 years of experience  

communicating with various audiences and organizations; written/ 

verbal Spanish fluency; and a PA driver’s license.  Ability to  

obtain a PA license to sell life, accident and health insurance  

within 90 days of employment; work non-standard hours; and adapt  

quickly to shifting priorities, is necessary.
