Practice Manager

Mercy Medical Center is one of the fastest-growing hospitals in the  

energetic city of Baltimore, and located just six blocks from the  

famous Inner Harbor attractions.  With a new patient tower opening in  

2010, exciting things arehappening!  We seek an experienced Practice 

Manager for the  Institute for Foot and Ankle Reconstruction.

The Institute for Foot and Ankle Reconstruction at Mercy is one of  

the region’s most comprehensive programs for foot and ankle  

reconstruction and injury; offering patients pioneering surgical  

treatments, leading-edge diagnoses, and advances in research for the  

treatment of complex and routine foot and ankle injuries.

The Practice Manager develops, implements and oversees the operations  

of the Institute for Foot and Ankle Reconstruction.  Responsible for  

operation oversight, participation in and support of strategic  

business planning process; implementation planning; and development  

of new services and business relationships. Candidate works  

collaboratively with Mercy Health Services

management at all levels.

Must possess a BA/BS in Healthcare administration, business  

administration, finance or a related field; minimum of 3 years of  

supervisory experience; excellent communication skills/dynamic  

personality; MS Office/computer literacy skills are expected.
