Senior Compensation Analyst

Analyst will consult with recruiters on hiring salaries, creating new  

jobs and maintaining job information.  Will also conduct audits of  

payroll/ personnel data and supervise the Compensation Coordinator.   

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum high school diploma, 3-5  

years of recent compensation analysis experience, and proficiency  

with HRIS and MS Office reporting.  BS/BA preferred.
