Requires CFC cert. plus previous apartment maintenance, electrical,  

carpentry & plumbing experience.

Supervisor -

This hands-on Supervisor will schedule unit turns, prioritize work  

orders and manage a team of professionals. Must have CFC cert.,  

excellent customer service, organizational and all-around maintenance  

skills.
