Health Education Consultant

Capital BlueCross seeks a Health Education Consultant to complement  

our marketing efforts by providing expertise to group customers/ 

members/community and delivering consulting services that focus on  

cost management/employee lifestyle enhancement through worksite  

wellness activities.

A Bachelor’s in a clinical or health related field and 1-3 years of  

experience, preferably in a market-driven environment, should  

accompany knowledge of trends in worksite wellness promotion, health  

risk behaviors, health care costs and consumer issues; behavior  

modification techniques; and adult education principles/group  

dynamics to support communication of educational information to  

employees. Valid PA driver’s license and experience assessing  

health/ wellness risks and related programmatic needs of employer  

group; developing/ implementing/marketing/evaluating worksite and  

community-based health promotion programs; and creating/presenting  

proposals and presentations is necessary. CHES certification is  

preferred.  Flexible schedule and willingness to travel are required.
