Shift Supervisor

Reliant Energy’s New Castle Power Plant, located in West Pittsburg- 

PA, needs a Shift Supervisor to maximize station production in a safe/ 

environmentally responsible manner.

Will oversee tasks carried out by a team of skilled hourly workers.   

Prefer a Degree in Engineering or related field or a high school  

diploma/GED and 5+ years of leadership experience in a coal-fired  

power generation facility. Ability to work well under pressure with  

overtime, non standard hours is necessary. Knowledge of power plant  

boiler/turbine/steam/mechanical/electrical/chemical systems for  

efficient and effective production required, as well as SAP/MS Office  

Suite. Occasional travel is expected.
