Financial analyst

Brookfield Power, one of the largest independent owners of  

hydroelectric power generation in North America, seeks a Financial  

Analyst for our Control Center located in Liverpool-NY.

You will participate in investment opportunity assessment process;  

develop/ maintain complex financial assessment models; complete  

special project financial analysis; develop analytical benchmarking  

tools; participate in audit activities during development evaluation  

process; and support/review financial models for U.S. affiliates.   

Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; 5 years of experience  

assessing/creating financial models; solid quantitative/analytical/  

organizational skills; deadline/detail orientation; and advanced  

Microsoft (Excel) skills. Knowledge of energy industry is an asset.
