Buyer

Will schedule deliveries; release purchase orders; implement  

production materials inventory plans; analyze inventory requirements;  

decide buy quantities; provide change control information; and  

implement material plans to support production schedules, inventory  

goals and purchasing requirements/objectives.

A Bachelor’s with 2+ years of purchasing/procurement experience; MBA/ 

MS with 1 year of purchasing/procurement experience; Associate’s  

with 4+ years of purchasing/procurement experience; or 7-10 years of  

purchasing/procurement experience are required.  Inventory management  

experience, ERP/MRP systems experience, and ability to handle  

conflict situations in a fast-paced, demanding environment are  

necessary.
