Shop Supervisor

One of the largest restaurant chain distributors in the U.S., The  

SYGMA Network seeks a Shop Supervisor to ensure our Harrisburg  

fleet, consisting of tractors and refrigerated trailers, is properly  

maintained.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of its fleet maintenance  

facility; manage maintenance department personnel, including hiring,  

personnel issues, performance reviews, coaching/training and  

termination; manage related regulatory compliance; and follow-up on  

warranty issues.

Requires a high school diploma; 5+ years of experience in tractor/ 

trailer/refrigeration maintenance; a complete understanding of DOT  

requirements necessary to

operate a maintenance facility; as well as PC/Excel/Word experience.
