Clinical Informatics Consultant

Capital BlueCross seeks a Clinical Informatics Consultant to oversee  

projects that support strategic objectives for medical/administrative  

cost control, service quality improvement, clinical program  

evaluation, and technology support for Clinical Management area.   

Provide project management to initiatives where knowledge of  

healthcare/technology trends, standards and research will result in  

high-quality Informatics solutions.

Bachelor's in Business, Finance or Health Administration; 5 years of  

experience in a healthcare, analysis or data management setting; and  

project management experience are required.  Healthcare operations,  

information systems and analytic experience is preferred.  Ability to  

take primary role in project management, develop complex project work  

plans, prepare departmental activity plans/updates as well as  

identify potential issues for consideration at the management level  

required.  Driver's license necessary; Master’s Degree preferred.
