General Utility Persons
For our Shawville, PA Generating Station, Reliant Energy is seeking
General Utility Persons to be responsible for the activities related to
the operation/maintenance of a coal-fired plant.
In this position, you will perform a combination of two or more jobs
(Condenser Operator, Auxiliary Equipment Operator, Ash Equipment
Operator and/or Chemical Operator), depending on our operating
needs and your capabilities; monitor/operate equipment related to
river water intake systems, ash removal systems, water treatment
systems and coal handling systems; and perform housekeeping and
less skilled work as necessary. Requires ability to work all shifts
including weekends and holidays.
