Product Development Specialist

Capital BlueCross seeks a Product Development Specialist to identify/ plan/implement
new healthcare and complementary products; research/ prioritize products, evaluate
alternative development approaches, recommend viable/feasible product designs;
develop HSA and HRA presentations; monitor product performance to anticipate
necessary revisions/replacements to maintain/ improve market position.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience in the health insurance
industry working with a variety of products. Knowledge of consumer driven health
products (HSA/HRA regulations); ability to obtain PA license to sell life/accident/
health insurance within 90 days; experience with PowerPoint/Excel/ Word; strong
project management/ communication/presentation skills; knowledge of regulatory
environment and restriction/applicability to health insurance system; and valid PA
driver’s license are essential.
