Plant Supervisor

Muscatine, IA

MidAmerican Energy seeks an experienced Plant Supervisor to direct employee activities

and achieve safe, efficient, env-ironmentally compliant and cost-effective, electrical

and/or steam generation at our Muscatine plant.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience; 6+ years of

hands-on experience, including one in a senior technical/leadership role; strong

leadership, communication, project management and problem-solving skills; ability to

administer collective bargaining agreements and company policies; and specialized

knowledge of operations at an electric generating station. Dry scrubber exp. preferred.
