We seek a motivated, experienced Nurse Recruiter to find, screen and hire strong

candidates for nursing, nursing support and select staff positions; and develop

recruitment and retention strategies with key constituents.  Ideal professional

will have a BSN (Master’s preferred), 5+ years of recruiting experience, or

non-nurse with equivalent training and/or experience, strong communication

skills, excellent judgement and multi-tasking skills.  Background in healthcare

and SHRM certification preferred.
